I can’t recommend enough or say how great the team are at Subie Doctor!! Gemma was really lovely and able to book me in on short notice.
When I arrived for the service, Michael explained what needed to be done with my car, including what was happening, why it was happening, which parts I need replaced (they have all the genuine Subaru parts and recommended oils etc), how they would do it. He even showed me the parts that they had replaced on pickup and what condition they were in. I have never had an experience like this with servicing – Michael is very good at what he does.
I will definitely be going back to Subie Doctor in the future.

I ducked in unannounced with an issue this afternoon. Michael stopped what he was doing and came straight out to look at the car. explained what had gone wrong, what the various parts did, what options we had to fix it and a plan of what to do from here.
