Michael Cooper
Michael Cooper is the Founder of Subie Doctor who has a strong passion for fixing Subaru’s and being able to build and grow a successful business that puts the staff and customers first. Michael has a brilliant skill set including specialised Subaru knowledge, a high attention to detail and always exceeding client expectations. Michael carries out services and repairs on vehicles, while providing technical training for technicians, Apprentice training, Quality control and Road testing with customers to demonstrate concerns. Michael has over 20 years experience specialising in Subaru vehicle repair, with 11 of those years working as a Workshop Foreman in a Subaru dealership. Michael has won many awards, including:
- 2013 Subaru World technical competition – 1st Place
- 2012 Australia’s Best Subaru Technician & Qualified for Subaru Worlds Technical Competition in Japan
- 2011 Subaru World Technical Competition – 4th place
- 2010 Australia’s Best Subaru Technician & Qualified for Subaru Worlds Technical Competition in Japan
Michael’s favourite interest is motor racing, specifically drag racing.
Gemma Breen
Gemma Breen is the Office Manager of Subie Doctor who loves being in a leadership role helping the business and staff to grow and succeed. Gemma has a brilliant skill set including extensive experience in customer service based roles and a passion to ensure the customer walks away happy. With 12 years of experience within a dealership, and 5 years of that processing warranty claims, Gemma completes Subie Doctor with her experience in a motor industry office, guaranteeing you a repair or service that’s smooth and effortless. Gemma’s role includes managing bookings, customer relations, administrative duties, staff management, staff training, creating quotes and stock orders. Since she was young, Gemma has always been surrounded by cars as she grew up in a family racing cars.
Shivneel Nair
Shivneel Nair is a certified Senior Technician at Subie Doctor with Subaru Factory training, who has a strong passion for working on Subarus and servicing cars. Shivneel’s role includes servicing cars, technical diagnosis, quality control, accessory fitter and electrical diagnosis. Since he was young, Shivneel has always had a strong interest in cars.
